Exercise Club

Join us for a 30-minute morning exercise class with an instructor from Recreation Surrey! This program features live, guided seated stretches with a focus on maintaining range-of-motion. All activities are designed to be accessible to participants of all levels of mobility, and we encourage you to take it at a pace that is comfortable for yourself.

The exercise club is adapted from an audio only program. All motions are verbally described, but visual cues may be limited.

Senior’s Online Mindful Movement class with Linda Arkelian


In her online Seniors’ Mindful Movement Class, Linda Arkelian develops unique weekly themes weaving together dance, art and healing. She offers therapeutic movement sequences that awaken the parasympathetic nervous system and reduce the stress hormone level. This is achieved through breath work, self-massage techniques and EFT meridian tapping. The dance component helps students improve core strength, balance, and coordination, while offering the joy of creative expression and group connectivity.

Cost $15/ class or pay what you can. No student will be turned away
